Refund Policy

Reflexions Wellness, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Welcome to www.reflexionswellness.in.

If you continue to browse and use www.reflexionswellness.in you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Reflexions Wellness., (“Reflexions Wellness”)’s relationship with you in relation to www.reflexionswellness.in.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Reflexions Wellness, (“Reflexions Wellness”) has given on special offers. These are limited occasion offers with huge discounts and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Reflexions Wellness, (“Reflexions Wellness”) does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective products please report the same to our Customer Service team (service@reflexionswellness.in).The request will, however, be entertained once we receive it within 15 days of receipt of the products.

Cancellation of Equipment

In case of any queries regarding equipment that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, kindly get in touch with the manufacturer directly.

Refund Policy

The bill amount can be refunded, in case, if the product is returned back in unopened condition, if returned within 10 days period. In such case, the freight charges have to be borne by the buyer. In other cases, a formal refund request can be registered with service@reflexionswellness.in. However, it is the discretion of Reflexions Wellness to decide on the refunds. This refund policy is applicable only for online sales.
